Refund and Return Policy

At Active Christian Ministry, we pray that every resource we provide draws you closer to Jesus and equips you to serve Him more effectively. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. However, because most of our products are digital in nature (instant downloads, streaming access, or online membership content), our policy reflects the immediate and non-returnable character of digital goods.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Sermon Audio/Video Downloads, Printable Resources, Online Courses, Membership Access, Digital Downloads)
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and generally non-refundable once the download link, access credentials, or streaming has been provided.
We offer a limited 14-day satisfaction guarantee on most digital products under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
- You have not downloaded the files more than three (3) times or accessed the course/membership content extensively.
- You provide a brief, honest reason for the request (we value your feedback to help us improve).
- The product has not been shared, redistributed, or uploaded to any other platform.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (minus any transaction fees we cannot recover from our payment processor).
Exceptions where no refund is possible:
- After 14 days have passed
- After excessive downloads or access (determined at our discretion)
- For personalized/custom digital products (e.g., custom sermon outlines, tailored Bible studies)
- When we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent activity
2. Physical Products (Books, Bibles, Apparel, Merchandise, Printed Materials)
We want you to be completely satisfied with any physical items you receive.
- You may return most unused, unopened, and resalable physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in the original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we sent the wrong product.
- Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or damaged items:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label (when feasible) and issue a full refund or replacement upon receiving the returned item.
3. Event Registrations, Live Webinars, or In-Person Ministry Events
- Cancellations requested more than 14 days before the event start date → full refund (minus any non-recoverable processing fees).
- Cancellations requested 7–14 days before the event → 50% refund.
- Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event or no-shows → no refund (credit toward future events may be offered at our discretion).

- Photos (for physical/damaged items)
We normally respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Our Heart Behind This Policy
As a ministry, we steward the resources God has entrusted to us responsibly while still extending grace and understanding. We do not want finances to be a barrier to anyone seeking to grow in faith — if you are experiencing genuine financial hardship, please reach out privately. We may be able to offer alternative assistance, scholarship access, or payment arrangements in certain situations.
